The 2008 Summer Arts Program Registration Form is formatted for legal sized paper (8.5" x 14"), you will need to either print on legal paper, use your printer options to scale the document for regular letter sized paper, or print on multiple pages of letter sized paper. Sorry for the inconvenience but legal sized paper was the only way to squeeze all the information on this fun filled summer program on to a printable format. |
